Dr.Rizvi is a very kind, talented and an understanding person. She treated my mother in 2022 and my mother admired her. When I had a wound on my leg, my mother wanted me to see Dr.Rizvi. However, only after my surgery I was referred to Dr.Rivi. And she cured me. Indeed I was very lucky to have Dr.Rizvi treat me. She is wonderful!

I was referred here for a slow healing wound on my leg. Dr. Rizvi and her staff took excellent care of me and got my wound healed quickly. The entire experience here was absolutely wonderful and I truly don't have the words to express my gratitude for the efforts made on my behalf. My Doctor God blessed me with to heal my wound.Dr. Hina Rizvi is a doctor who not only heals her patients, she also has empathy for them and her associate and entire staff also.The 1st time I visited the clinic of Dr Rizvi, I felt welcomed. I was STRESSED. I had been caring for the wound on the back of my leg for three months. I use over the counter antibiotic ointments, used 2 different kinds of prescribed antibiotic ointments externally and prescribe antibiotic tablets internally, still the wound did not heal. It just letting worse. The wound on my leg was the size of a quarter and the bacteria was eating at my flesh causing it to look like a crater and fluid just draining down my leg. It was painful.Dr Rizvi, cleanse the wound thoroughly and her nurse dressed it with the proper medicated ointment and medicated gauze And wrapped it with a pad and two different kinds of gauze and finally with an ace bandage supporting my entire leg. Dr. Rizvi offered home assistance to have the wound cleansed everyday. Explained, my son would do it. Dr Rizvi then advised how to cleans the wound and gave me some medical supplies to take home. Her nurse allow my son to take pictures of the medical supplies for purchases to have at home for my personal need. Dr Rizvi call in prescriptions to the drug store and I was able to pick them up on the way home.I never felt rushed, Dr Rizvi always took time to listen and understood what I was going through. I really felt good going every Thursday for my appointments. I started visits with Dr Hina Rizvi in Feb 2024 my wound is now healed and I was released by Dr Hina Rizvi on August 8, 2024 and I rang the “HEALING WOUND BELL” I was so happy and excited that the wound on my leg was healed I didn’t want to stop, I than hugged Dr Rizvi and didn’t want to let go. The entire staff celebrated with me. I felt like I was leaving my family behind.Dr Hina Rizvi is the best, very good, an excellent doctor, the medical world is a better place because of her. After all I have said it still doesn’t explain how I truly feel about Dr Hina Rizvi my Certified Wound Specialist. She is perfect and God gave her to me.I Salute you Doctor HinaRizvi and your Associate and your entire staff. I love you all.

Dr. Rizvi is the absolute best Primary and Wound Care Physician and her staff is truly a dream come true. The 5 star customer service that I received was impeccable. Dr. Rizvi was an excellent wound care doctor. The patient care was extremely personal and intimate, with her attitude being the highlight of our visits. Dr. Rizvi and staff are wonderful! They successfully healed my mother's wound that was stubborn and in a bad location. Dr. Rizvi is on the cutting edge of wound care. She incorporated the use of a placenta grafts to promote healing in my mother's chronic wound. Lastly, Dr. Rizvi truly cares and takes the time to listen to her patients and her patients' families. Dr. Rizvi and all of her associates are extremely knowledgeable in how to heal a major wound. My husband had major emergency surgery that led him to have a huge wound in his leg that took months to heal. Thanks to Dr. Rizvi and her staff the wound successfully did close. Their location is very convenient in Plano and all visits were covered by Medicare.

I was her patient for over five months and unfortunately it was a horrific experience. Started with a little bit of promise as looking back, I think that is her MO to put on an incredibly strong front. Unfortunately, as time goes on, I realize that she relies on others for guidance, Care and expertise. While I was a patient, shepushed and pushed for me to have a surgery to close the wound with a doctor that she was insistent as what we needed. Unfortunately, he not only performed an unsuccessful surgery, but did such a hatch job and it sucks Three additional reconstructive surgery’s to finally get it closed and I facility and with top-notch doctors elsewhere. Our families advice is to say far, far away from her. Do not get caught in her web. Otherwise, it will literally months , if not years to get out, and your situation will deteriorate massively!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Rizvi and her staff. For context, I was in the hospital for a total of 7 months last year. I developed a stage 4 wound at the top of my butt. Wound vac, the whole nine. After I was released to Rehab for a few months, Dr. Rizvi was the physician tasked with my wound care. If it weren't for her knowledge and expertise, I don't think my wound would have healed as fast as it did. It still isn't back to normal, but it won't be for a long time. But the risk of infection is gone, and now my wound is in 'refill' mode, so to speak. Thank you so much Dr. Rizvi! You're always so kind and so positive. You weren't my primary physician, but when I went septic you knew I had to go back to the hospital, and you made sure I got the proper care I needed. Thank you so much! I hope to see you and catch up again with you soon. 💛 Please give my best to your staff! You have a top notch team who cares dearly for their patients, and that means the absolute world to me.

Dr Rizvi is awesome. I don't have insurance and I pay cash for all my visits and treatments. I get the best treatment available without going broke. Dr Rizvi supplies me with crucial ointments and bandages for my care and within weeks she has almost healed one of the worst examples of a venous ulcer you can imagine. If you are in a situation like me I highly recommend her. The staff and Dr Rizvi are the the absolute best, a life saver or a leg saver I should say

My wife, Charlotte Kharas, is currently under the care of Dr. Hina Rizvi. After her hernia surgery she developed an infection in her incision because her diabetes had compromised her blood flow.With Dr. Rizvi's medical expertise and diligent care, her infection was gone in about a week and the wound is healing well without any further drainage.We both are truly grateful to Dr. Rizvi for her attention and care!I would also like to thank her office staff who are extremely prompt and always courteous at every visit.

My Mother was referred to Dr. Rizvi's office and we we're more that astonded by her rapid healing under the care of Dr Marina and the wonderful staff. We never had a wait and were always greeted as new freinds to the family. Dr. M guided us on how to take the nessasary steps to get the best results during the healing process, and alsomade sure home health visited my mom 3 times a week between office visits. My fiancee has been seeing Dr Rizvi and staff for a few months now. I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff, especially Mereena Naveen, Monica, Adrianna, Dee, and Becca. They are professional, excellent at what they do, courteous, and friendly. There is no wait time, our appointments are always on time or early. All questions are answered promptly, and they were able to guide me on exactly what to do with the wound in between appointments. The wound is healing on pace due to Mereena's expert care and attention. Thank you very much, so grateful for all your care.

I really enjoy this office, because they pride themselves on the service as well as their organization. I always get my prescriptions in a timely manner, I don’t have to jump through hoops to get seen, and the ladies at the front desk are very respectful and welcoming. We need more offices like this in DFW. For now, I’ll frequent Dr. Rizvi. Keep up the good work!

Words cannot describe how thankful I am to Ms. Rizvi. My mom had a horrible bed sore around the first of December that looked like it would take a miracle to heal. It is now April, and with the help of her and her team of very sweet and kind individuals, my mom's sore has completely healed.Ms. Rizvi, along with Tina, Mama Li, Mariamma, and the team at Select Specialty Hospital were nothing but patient and generous with my mother. When she well enough to go to Encompass Health Rehab, Charles was great and took good care of mom's wound until the stitches were able to be taken out.Not only are they amazing doctors and nurses, but amazing human beings as well. Cannot recommend them enough.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rizvi and her team for any wound care needs. My Dad had severe multiple wounds on his leg because of Venous insufficiency issues. I was surprised by how quickly Dr Rizvi was able to assess and treat my wound issue. After just one week the wound is cleared and healing is beyond my expectations. Actually, 5 stars just isn't enough credit for this amazing doctor and her staff, especially Lynette and Lynn. They are angels and go above and beyond to help you. I have been a patient for several years, in Select Specialty Hospital as well as her office and can't imagine a better team than hers. They treat you with dignity and respect each and every time. Dr Rizvi is very compassionate doctor and the best doctor I've ever had. She has become part of my family. She had a plastic surgeon do an evaluation in her office because my wound looked as though it my need surgery because my tendon was exposed. I not only was facing surgery, but possibly could have been facing amputation. With her expert care, I can now say my wound is almost completely healed without surgery!Dr Rizvi and her team are THE BEST IN THE WORLD!!

Dr. Rizvi, an her staff have been GOD sent. I was in such bad shape. I cAme in with 5 wounds an she healed 3 on less then 3 weeks. She is passionate about her work an very consistent with her treatments. What I appreciate the most is she is down to earth an she talks to me with respect. She makes sure I'm clear on the treatment an all my question are answered before I walk out the door. Her staff learns your name very quickly An everyone is all smiles. I actually look forward to go to her off just to see everyone. Your more than a patient your like family!
